Exhibitions

Members of Artist Collective contribute to the shared costs exhibitions and events. This may include gallery fees and a share of marketing costs for each exhibition. Presently there is no subscription fee for membership, however this may change. If you want to apply to join Artist Collective, please contact us.

There is no cost to subscribe to our mailing list. You may receive emails with announcements from our members when we have an exhibition or event to invite you to. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time.

Artist Collective is an exclusive group of artists all who have exhibited their works in public exhibitions or galleries.

Please include your full bio and details, plus photographs of 6 works that are ready for exhibition. We need to see examples of your work framed and photographs need to be of a high standard so they can be used for your artist profile along with your bio and artist statement. You can also supply links to your social media and/or website. Your membership of Artist Collective means you may be invited to exhibit in future exhibitions.

If you are invited to exhibit, we usually allow 6 months for marketing and each artist contributes to the cost of exhibiting. The contribution is not refundable as it is paid to secure the venue.

As a collective we share costs of exhibiting and these costs are shared by the Artist Collective Members who collaborate to make the exhibition a success. The Artist's invitation includes a price to share for the hire of the Exhibition space. Upon payment and acceptance of the terms of exhibition, the artists joins in the cooperative venture to make a huge success of the exhibition.

A small commission may be charged by the venue. Artist Collective may specify a commission on sales to allow for expanded marketing campaigns. The offer to members to participate may vary for each exhibition. Details will be provided with the invitation to exhibit.

We do not offer our members any guarantee of sales but by working together we help each other to exhibit and provide sales opportunities and exposure. We want everyone to succeed. As we build our membership we will be able to mount more exhibitions. We hope to extend our community as a collective.

Our digital sponsor, Software Antelope Ltd provides website and marketing support. Watch out for new features to be released on this website to benefit members. For example the preparation of a newsletter, coverage of the exhibitions and options for members.

The Artist Collective was founded by Fiona Scott-Wilson in collaboation with Lynda Kettle. Both work tirelessly to bring you artists selected by arstists tastefully curated in a fine gallery.
